Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the inconvenience caused by the construction of new offices by your company. This construction is taking place in the vicinity of my house located in Urban Estate, Ambala City.

Let me explain my problem in detail. As the construction site is at a walking distance from my residence, the construction material such as bricks and sand needed for building new offices is often unloaded in front of my residence. This accumulation of materials in front of my house blocks my car’s access to the parking lot / space. Consequently, I am forced to park my car on the road away from my house and I am worried that it may get stolen or damaged.

Despite repeated requests to your construction supervisor on the site, this nuisance still persists. I would like to request you to enquire about this apathetic behavior of your supervisor and take appropriate action at the earliest.

I would like to suggest a place where you can unload the material without causing me any problem. There is an open area just at the end of the road which is also quite close to the construction site.
