The flow chart illustrates the various processes involved in the manufacturing of bricks. There are mainly six stages in brick production and bricks are shaped using two different methods. The whole process starts with the digger digging clay from the ground. This clay is then spread on a metal grid atop a roller to remove impurities. Sand and water are then added to this clay and the mixture is now ready to be shaped as bricks. Two methods are used for this purpose.  Either it is cut using a wire cutter or it is placed in a mould to give it the shape of bricks. These bricks are then dried in a drying oven for 24-48 hours. Then they are heated in a kiln. In the first chamber they are heated at moderate temperatures (200 degree C to 980 degree C) and in the second chamber of the kiln they are heated at high temperatures. Afterwards these bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber for about 48 to 72 hours.
