The diagram shows the brick manufacturing process, which is later used for construction of buildings. Overall, there are four key stages (clay collection, molding, temperature treatment and packaging) involved.
Firstly, clay is dug out from the underground using a digger machine and then it is put on a metal grid for filtering, the residue simultaneously passes through a roller before being mixed with sand and water. In the next stage, the mixture is molded to form bricks in rectangular shape using a wire cutter or a mold tray.
In the following steps, the brick is allowed to dry in a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours and then it undergoes temperature treatment in a kiln, where it is kept in a moderate temperature of 200 degree Celsius to 980 degree Celsius, and then under high temperature of 870 degree Celsius to 1300 degree Celsius. Finally, it is allowed to cool for three to four days. The bricks are now ready for use; they are packed and sent out for delivery.
