Sample response

Dear John,

Thank you so much for honouring my request to take care of my place while I am away. I really appreciate your kind gesture.

I am writing to brief you about the main chores you will have to do in my absence. As you probably already know, I keep an aquarium at home. So your most important task is to take care of my fish. They mean a lot to me! Basically, all that you need to do is to feed them and clean their water filter. As for the food, just fill up the feeder every other day. It is located at the top right of the aquarium; you can’t miss it! As for the filter, you need to clean it once every 3 days.

Other than that, there isn’t much to do. It would be great if you could keep the place clean. There are two trash bins in the kitchen. Put the leftover food and other waste in the blue bin and recyclable items in the green one. The garbage man will come and collect them every day. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact. I will be available via email or phone.

Many thanks,

Rahul

    Hi,
    Pls review the below essay

EBOOK IS GOING TO REPLACE TRADITIONAL MAGAZINES AND NEWSPAPERS. TO WHAT EXTENT DO YOU AGREE?

Nowadays, it is often argued that that the introduction of books on the Internet has made it easy for the people to switch from the old ways of reading like reading magazines and newspapers. However, I contradict with this as I do not believe that technology can really modify the traditional approach of enhancing knowledge through reading.

Magazines and newspapers are easily accessible to all the sections of the society if we compare it with the books available on the internet. People do not have to buy the data packs to access the EBooks, they can just visit a marketplace where they can get an ample number of reading material easily. Additionally, home delivery is also available where the newspapers and magazines will be at your doorstep. A good example of this can be that World Wide Web facility is not available in all the rural areas of the country whereas, newspapers are readily available to them.

Furthermore, in particular if we talk about the cost at which we can access such EBooks is comparatively higher than the regular reading material that we can get in the market hence, the costing plays a vital role while making a decision. For instance, to have an access to the books on Internet, data packs are purchased for the mobile phones and computers while, for the magazines, a penny is enough to buy it.

To reiterate, undoubtedly technology has made a space in our lives but the conventional way of living cannot be entirely compromised.
