Dear Mr. Holmes,
I am writing to inform you that your shipping service has made a mistake. I recently bought the smart phone Samsung Galaxy S3 from your online store. According to your website, this item has the following reference code: 3577. The phone is fully operational and I am completely satisfied with it.
However, to my surprise, I also found a new Sony Xperia Music MP3 player in the same box. I have managed to find this item on your website and its code number is 6400.
I am certain that I didn’t order this item. Therefore, I would like to send the player back to your office in Sydney. It seems that I didn’t pay any extra fees for this item. Would you be so kind as to check it against your system? The reference number of my receipt is 63493023948. I am also enclosing a scanned copy of my shipping receipt with this letter.
