Dear Harry,
Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of spirit. I heard from Henry that you have got a new job in Delhi and will be moving to Delhi next month. I am really happy for you. Unfortunately, I will not able to meet you as my company’s project in Delhi has come to an end and now I am assigned a new project in Mumbai which will start in the first week of October.
By the way, if you haven’t already found accommodation in Delhi, I would like to recommend my current apartment to you. It is in the centre of the city. Therefore, I am sure that it will not be far from your office. Moreover, it’s a one bed room, hall, kitchen set, so it is perfect for a bachelor. The rent is also on the down side when compared with other apartments in the vicinity. On top of that, the owner is a very nice person. I am sure that you will not face any trouble in this apartment.
I have a lot of furniture, which I cannot take with me. So, I was going to dispose them of but now I think they would be useful to you. If you like my suggestion/recommendation, let me know and I will discuss this with my landlord.
