Dear Mr. Smith,

My name is Ricky Tran, and I am writing this letter regarding a used car which you want to sell. My brother is joining university this summer, and I am looking to gift him a car.

Your car was listed at a reasonable price and the model was manufactured in 2013 which was not too long ago, so I really want to buy it. Also I read in the advertisement that your car is in good condition with its battery and engine working perfectly. However, I still need some additional information. Do I have to replace any tires? And does the air conditioner still work?
