Dear Ali
I am writing this letter to let you know that we are organizing a scientific conference on the pharmaceutical industry this coming October. Because of your deep knowledge of this subject, I would like you to give a presentation at the conference.
Let me give you the details. As you know, our company is going to invest heavily in the pharmaceutical sector starting from January next year. I have been asked to organize an international conference about pharmaceutical industry which I believe will be beneficial for us and our business in the future.
The conference will take place in the main hall of the Miridian hotel between the 10th and 13th of October. The health minister will inaugurate the conference and it will be attended by scientists, experts and business leaders from across the world. We are determined to make it a grand success.
