Dear Mr. Anderson,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. Let me introduce myself. My name is Mohammad Hossain. I am from Bangladesh. As you probably already know, I am visiting your country to attend the ‘English and Homestay’ program going to be held between the 16th and the 22nd of June, 2017.
I was wondering if you could host me during my stay. If you don’t mind, I would also like to ask a few questions about you and your country. First of all, let me know how much you would charge for hosting me during my stay. I am coming to participate in a seminar and I will have to use public transport services. Is your home near the railway station or bus stop? By the way, I am a vegetarian. Would it be possible for you to serve me vegetarian meals?
I would also like you to tell me about the beautiful places of your province. I would like to visit at least some of them. I am arriving in your town on the 15th of June and my flight will land at 7.00 pm. Would it be possible for you to receive me at the airport?
