Dear Sir or Madam,

I am working as a Project Manager for Edelweiss Ltd. and since last two months have been working from home as a preferred option. I am writing this letter in regard to the laptop provided by the company that is not functioning properly.

Since last week the laptop keyboard had problem typing a few letters- W, O and Z. The keys had to be pressed hard. I have missed out on spellings while writing the documents and more efforts are spent typing. To my horror, since yesterday evening during my skype session with an international client, these keys stopped working totally.

I have been managing work by connecting an external keyboard to the laptop, which takes longer to operate and is cumbersome. I have an important delivery of project next week so it is crucial to fix this problem immediately.

I request you to replace my laptop as soon as possible with another fully functional laptop with necessary software installed. Also, please do not forget to install a browser security program.
