Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you about my inconvenience in attending the evening classes for the next three months, starting from 1st May 2021. My registration number is CAD2431.
As you know, I am working at ABC corporation as a full time designer. I have been upgrading my CAD skills at your centre, so that I can get promoted to the next level as an Assistant Manager. But currently the situations are not in favour of me, as my mother-in-law fell down and broke her knees. My wife Nancy cannot help me to fix this issue as she is four months pregnant now. Henceforth, I have to take care of my mother-in-law who has already crossed seventy five. I cannot spend additional hours at the centre, as I have to take care of her medications and day-to-day activities. Hence, I would request you to grant me permission to continue my course along with the next batch, which is starting three months later. By that time, my problems will resolve and I will be able to attend the classes.
Thank you for your consideration.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Dinakaran

Dear Mr. Smith,
I have enrolled in one of your evening classes held in the George office. Unfortunately, I am writing to inform you that I am no longer able to attend the classes. Two days ago I was promoted to a Project Manager role that implies a higher workload. Therefore, I am afraid that at the end of my working day I will have neither time nor strength to perform well at the course. My new schedule requires me to work for three more hours until 7:00 pm. My course starts at 6:00 pm, so I will be one hour late.
I would really love to complete this course with High Distinction. That is why I would like to ask if it is possible to reschedule me for the morning class held on weekends. If so, would there be any additional fees or not? I am sincerely sorry for any possible inconveniences that this situation may cause. I am looking forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.
Sincerely Yours,
Ann Maria
