Development of the village of Ryemouth – Band 8.5 IELTS report sample
The given maps show the village of Ryemouth as it is now and in the year 1995. Overall, it can be seen that the village has undergone tremendous changes with the addition and removal of a few features. The most visible change is the addition of a golf course and tennis courts in the north-eastern part of the village. They have come up in the area previously occupied by farmland and forest park. A few more houses have been built in the north western part of the village. The fish market near the sea has been replaced by apartments and the fishing port is also gone. The shops opposite the fish market have been replaced by restaurants. A car park has been built to the east of the hotel. The road infrastructure hasn’t changed much although a new road has been laid to provide access to the newly built homes in the north west.
