Health is one of the most important aspects of human life. It is said that in the future, the average standard of health of individuals will deteriorate. I agree with this view. I believe that people will be dealing with decreased health because of the increasing popularity of fast foods and growing amount of stress that each person is facing in his/her everyday life.

To begin with, consuming fast foods on a daily basis contributes seriously to the decline of an individual’s health status. This is evident even in youngsters at present. For instance, the availability of fast food chains all over the country makes it very convenient for everyone to access these foods and encourage them to consume it on a daily basis. The result is people are prone to diseases related to cardiovascular disorders because of the high salt and high sugar content found in these fast food products.

In addition, stress related disorders are also becoming more common nowadays. Everyone is complaining of being subjected to stress daily.  Individuals who continually experience stress in their environment are likely to develop both mental and physical disorders. For example, employees who are overworked tend to develop headaches and stomach issues.

To sum up, I agree with the argument that the average health standard of an individual will decrease in the future. Whilst some are becoming aware of the health issues that are emerging at present, the growing consumption of fast foods and the constant exposure to stress will likely contribute to the decline of the average standard of health of many people in the coming years.

There is an ongoing debate on whether our standards of health are improving or deteriorating as we are moving into the future. While some say the average level of people’s health is likely to be poor in the forthcoming years, others believe that with constant advances in health and medicine, the future generations are likely to enjoy a better quality of life. It is very difficult to take a side because standards of health are dynamic and depend on a lot of factors, some of which may be unprecedented. For instance, none of us had ever expected a long lasting and worldwide pandemic like COVID-19.

Research has shown that in recent years, most jobs have become sedentary and the need to move has been minimized.  After the beginning of the Work-From-Home era, lives have become even more sedentary. People have restricted movement and social interaction because of the fear of the virus too. In a completely digitized modern world, even the most basic needs can be ordered to our doorstep and this has completely eliminated the need to step out of the house. This lack of physical movement and exercise is making people lethargic. Indulging in unhealthy eating habits has also become a very common problem among the youth and is leading to a rise in obesity. If the work environment continues to be desk-oriented, then there is a high possibility that a large proportion of the future population will become susceptible to a number of health conditions triggered by obesity and poor fitness levels.

On the other hand, it may be argued that the youth today are becoming increasingly conscious about their body image and are resorting to healthier alternatives. While the pandemic has confined everyone to the four walls, it has also made a lot of people prioritize their health. While previously only a few people hit the gym regularly, now many of us follow our fitness regimes at home with more enthusiasm. It is also a proven fact that people are living longer. This would not be possible without advancements in medical science. Of course, more people suffer from health problems now, but there are cures too.

Even though there are valid arguments on both sides, the factors that could adversely affect people’s health in the future far outweigh any of those which show positive outcomes. Therefore, I agree with the statement that the youth is going to be less fit and healthy tomorrow than they are today.

The major concern of the 21st century era is the health. It is said that The average standard of people’s health is going to detoriate , I agree to this view, I believe that people health is going to be low because of the immense popularity in the fast foods and packed foods, and stress

The major problem of the people today is finding time to eat, so people prefer packed foods rather than properly coocked foods . The current soceity fast forwardness detoriates the people health to atmost worst condition as people prefer buying fastfoods to save time and money from their pocket.

The food which is properly coocked contains all the vitamins and carbohydrates to the required level for a human body, but the preserved foods like sandwiches and burgers doesnt contain all the vitamins need for a body and moreover they conatin too much fat.

In addition the avilabilty of fast foods has likely to be gown comapring to the past and this encourages youngsters to consume it . Due to the high amount of salt content in these foods people at oung age are suffering from cardiac disorders.

In addition the stress is also a mojor concern these days , Due to stress people now suffer from different disorders physically and mentally. This factor also plays a crucial; part in deterriorating people health.

To sum up , these factors like stress and consumption of unhealthy foods and fast foods contribute to decline the average standard health, whilst some are getting knowledge about this and emerging at present.

The standard lifespan of people is sure to deteriorate in the upcoming days as compared to what it is now. I agree with this statement because of our increasing dependency on continuous use of technology and consumption of harmful fast food.
It is an undeniable fact that with the introduction of many gadgets and inventions, we have stopped using our body to the complete maximum which has resulted in our reduced activity. For example, instead of walking or cycling to cover small distances we take car rides. Moreover, we make use of escalators or elevators instead of taking a few flight of stairs. In addition to this, when we needed to eat food we would make it fresh and consume in its most nutrient rich form. However, now we buy frozen food so we can eat it later on. Also, food nowadays is so much more processed and filled with chemicals that it is unsafe to eat it for a long period of time. Decreased mobility and unhealthy ingestion of food is very likely to have a detrimental effect on people’s health in the future.
Furthermore, this risky lifestyle is also responsible for people developing dangerous comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension and obesity. These people are also at risk of passing this defected gene into their future generation. Apart from these physical ailments, people are also suffering from mental disorders like depression, anxiety and stress triggered by social issues such as lack of education, employment and insurance.
To recapitulate, an individual’s health and his life expectancy depends on the choices he makes in his youth. He could either decide to waste those years on partying or he could wise up and take care of his body and invest on his education and health.

With each passing day the health problems are becoming more evident amongst humans. In the past people did not have the backup of technology so, they tend to do all sorts of work by themselves. Today, with all kinds of advancement in the technology made humans lazy to the core. Moreover, I completely agree with the title saying that people are not as healthy as they used to be in the past anymore.

To begin with, many factors are accounted for downgrade in our overall health, most profound one i’d say that is “Sugar”. The consumption of sugar has increased drastically over the few decades with increasing popularity for junk foods and soft drinks. It is more easy than ever to have access of fast food shops and with the help of advertisements, discounted rates, youth of today thinks that eating fast food on daily basis is perfectly fine with their health. Hence, more cardiovascular diseases has been seen in youngsters due to high sugar and salt content present in these fast foods.

In addition, people are taking more stress than ever. Research data shows that almost every single working individual today is facing some sort of stress, whether it being from company or personal. Individuals who also work for more than 50 hours a week are prone to have much more stress levels than ordinary people. This increment in stress results in serious psychological problems.

To conclude, I would opine that if we take preventive steps and change our diet by eating more healthy foods we can surely change the outcome of it. However, if we continue to take as more stress and eat more junk food it will result in overall less average life of humans.

    Can I get a review :-

In the era of early man, humans used to have a very high mortality rate. The unavailability of common medicines and activities like scavenging and hunting made it extremely likely for a human to die as an infant or in their 20s or 30s. As humanity advanced, people’s mannerisms and lifestyles have seen a huge jump for the positive. Mortality rates have gone up to 80-90 years of age and the masses have become happier in general.

Although humanity has seen a change in the right direction, I must agree with the statement. The current living standards of people can lead to disastrous consequences in the future. More and more people are getting addicted to fast food, air conditioners, alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs. Excessive consumption of fast food leads to cardiovascular problems. Addiction to harmful substances can cause a whole range of issues including death. Not just physical problems but mental health issues have also arisen. There have been reports of an increase in depression and stress in teenagers and young adults. Increased stress can lead to both physical and mental health problems, many of which might be uncurable.

In addition to direct causes, there are actions that people take in their everyday lives that can indirectly affect their and the health of their children in the future. Contribution to global warming and climate change are examples of such actions.

In conclusion, our health is one of the most important parts of our lives, and taking care of one’s body and mind should be the priority. It has been centuries since the average heath of human beings has been deteriorating and the forecast seems to be dire. While some have started to become aware of their health, many are oblivious of the emerging health issues, which may impact the future of humanity in worse ways.

    Write about the following topic:

The average standard of people’s health is likely to be lower in the future than it is now.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Medicine is an evergrowing science that only grows more as time progresses. Doctors, pharmacologists and scientists have made a joint effort to invent and produce cures and treatment regimens for various illnesses. The impact of the word “disease” has diluted significantly as compared to a few centuries ago. Back in those days diseases were not understood well and often resulted in death. Even a bacterial infection would often take the life of the person affected. But now a bacterial disease isn’t considered in the same regard. There are several antibiotics and antimicrobials that can eliminate the bacteria from the affected person within a few days.

It can observed that a lot of people nowadays aren’t afraid of diseases and don’t worry about the consequences of the unhealthy lifestyle that they live. The number of cases of obesity, heart disease, diabetes , hypertension and kidney disease are increasing at an alarming rate. In majority of cases ,the patient has had unhealthy living practises such as overeating, consumption of junk food and lack of excercise. When they seek medical help, the doctors can prescribe them medicines to help with their condition. The medicines work really well and the deadly disease is kept at bay. The pharmaceutical industry continues to make better and better drugs, that have more potency and lesser side-effects. People continue to have lower standard for their health as they know they have a safety net to fall on i.e the bottle/ strip of tablets that the doctor prescribed.

So, if this trend is to continue, The future doesn’t look good. There will be lesser regard for personal health. Prevention is better than cure .People need to be vigilant of their own health and live healthy lifestyles. A heathy human body is designed to prevent or fight off moderate illnesses on it’s own. An unheathy individual might need the help of drugs and might become dependant on it. There is only so much a drug can do, beyond a certain point the disease might get out of hand. I agree with the statement that “The average standard of people’s health is likely to be lower in the future than it is now”.

Health is one of the most important matters in everyone’s life and should be prioritized. It seems like people’s worth about health will likely be shallow in the future than today. I completely agree with this statement due to the increase of fast-food restaurants and the advancement of technology that makes people’s lives easier and convenient.

To make people healthy, food is one of the major sources to make people live longer and a healthy lifestyle. However, due to the fast-food chains that can be found anywhere, it became a habit of many of us to make ready meals especially those people who have a lack of time to prepare themselves a proper meal. My brother who works early in the morning always gets a take-out order from fast food near his office because he might get late to work if he still eats at home. This is clearly seen to be a problem that may lead people to any illnesses and infections.

Furthermore, technology is rapidly growing at present and there has been a lot of appliances and materials that have been implemented which make our daily lives easy and fit. My brother is using a robot vacuum that helps him to clean his apartment by itself which makes his timeless consume and he can focus on work. This causes him to be inactive and easily tired physically and mentally.

In conclusion, taking too many take-out meals from restaurants and using equipment made from technology may lead to an unhealthy lifestyle and It will make us more inactive and dependent. Therefore, I partially agree that later on, people’s health worth will be less important.

It might be scientifically predicted that people are going to suffer much more of problems correlated to health in the next decades than nowadays. This statement might be in part true due to several negative aspects which have been developing over the last years. However, I believe that there were many positive developments too, which enhance people’s health.

Within the last ten years scientists have duplicated many experiments, resulting in new significant discoveries. For instance, in only few years people lifestyle have changed a lot, from eating much more vegetables and fruits to drinking two liters of water every day. The key reason for this new attitude was the prevention of diseases and body problems in the elderly age.

In contrast, there have been proofs about uninmaginable health risks, such as virus and cancers. For instance, in 2020 the world’s population suffered for a virus, so-called coronavirus, which have lead till nowadays to a change in the lifestyle, such as by wearing masks to cover nose and mouth and paying more attention to hygiene. In addition, new types of brain cancers have developed among a high number of smokers due to a frequent use of electric cigarettes. Nevertheless, those healthy problems can be partially solved by starting a healthier lifestyle. For example, smokers could try to reduce or even give up smoking.

People should take care of their health as it was said that in the future we are exposed to major risks than in the past. Despite there are many points proving the truth about that, many improvements in the medical field have been done. Hence people should contribute to fight negative eventualities, stucking with scientific suggestions for following a healthier lifestyle.
