Nowadays, more and more professionals from underdeveloped or developing countries are choosing to live and work in richer countries. This migration will lead to problems such as skills shortage and economic stagnation in their native country. Increasing the salary scale and offering better living standards to skilled professionals are the only ways to retain talent.
One of the major problems caused by such brain-drain is shortage of skilled professionals which makes it difficult for poor countries to achieve economic development and improve the living standards of their poor people. Due to lack of skilled professionals such as doctors and teachers, the citizens of these countries struggle to get basic facilities such as medical and education. For instance, a recent survey conducted by WHO (World Health Organization) revealed that the mortality rate is high in underdeveloped countries due to shortage of skilled doctors. In addition to this, because of such migration of professionals, poor countries depend on foreign technical aid which costs them billions of dollars and further aggravates their economic instability issues. To illustrate, in 2011 the economy of Venezuela almost collapsed due to their huge spending to get foreign technical aid. In other words, migration of skilled professionals from underdeveloped or developing country creates problems such as skills shortage and economic instability in their countries.
However, there are various solutions to these problems such as offering better pay scale and better living conditions. One of the reasons professionals leave their county is to get better salaries and benefits. So the government can offer better salaries along with incentives to skilled professionals to entice them to live and work in their country. Another possible solution is to improve the standard of living, as every professional looks for better standard of living. The government of these countries can spend their budget to improve the standard of living of its citizens by borrowing funds from external banks. For example, underdeveloped countries like Bangladesh took long term loan from World Bank in 2010 to improve their education and medical facility. In short, better pay scale and good standard of living are the best possible solutions to be undertaken by developing/underdeveloped countries to stop the migration of skilled people.
In conclusion, skilled professionals are leaving their underdeveloped native countries because they do not have adequate opportunities there. Unfortunately, this migration hurts the development of their motherland and to stop this, the governments should launch special schemes and employment opportunities for the educated and aspiring youth.

To begin with, one of the predominant problems caused by this brain drain / migration is the shortage of skilled and educated workforce in their own country. In other words, doctors and teachers moving abroad for higher salaries deprive people of their own country of good medical and educational facilities. For instance, a survey conducted by the World Health Organisation found that there is a huge rise in fatal diseases among people of poor countries due to insufficient health facilities and incorrect diagnoses by the less educated doctors. To mitigate it, it is crucial for the government to increase the salaries of the employees and to provide them with yearly bonuses in order to attract and sustain them in their country.
Another problem caused by this issue is economic instability in the nation. To elaborate it, since the doctors and teachers are settling down in other countries, their own country people have to go to different countries to avail themselves of the best of education and medical help and it costs them billions of dollars. For example, India is dealing with an economic crisis due to the movement of the amazing workforce to diverse nations. To cope with this, the government authorities should run seminars and programmes to open the eyes of the skilled workers and tell them the repercussions of their movement to foreign countries.
To conclude, the skilled workers are going abroad because they are not paid much and have fewer career opportunities and this leads to shortage of skilled workers and poor economic growth in their own country. To stop this, the lawmakers should definitely increase their wages and launch programmes so that they find it worth staying in their own nations.

It is affecting the progress of their homeland / motherland as well as increasing the probability of racist crimes in their adopted country, but these problems could be resolved by offering them better salaries in their own country.
The migration of skilled professionals is a setback to the development of their native country. Since the professionals like doctors and teachers increase the quality of life in every nation by providing medical care or by grooming future generations, their relocation to developed nations would create scarcity of talent in their home country. As a result, problems ensue. What’ more, oftentimes these poor nations have invested huge amounts of money to offer professional education to their people. When these people leave for greener pastures after graduation, it is a loss for their country.
To counter this issue, countries should consider offering better salaries and incentives to their skilled workers. If people can find good employment opportunities in their homeland, they will not want to go elsewhere. Another solution is to make these professionals sign a bond that requires them to work in their motherland for a period or 5 or 10 years. Once they have completed that period, they should be allowed to move to a country of their choice. This is a win-win situation for both parties.
To conclude, the relocation of professionals like doctors and teachers from the underprivileged countries certainly halt the development of their native country. However, this migration can be discouraged by offering them better salaries and making them sign a bond.

In addition, making better living conditions for workers allows them to enjoy all the amenities. For instance, such as insurance, healthcare system, security service and other services are the significant fields not only for skilled workers, but also every people.
To conclude, despite the fact that the professional specialists are leaving their own countries, the poor countries can alleviate the situation with some rigorous actions.

Firstly most people who work as a doctor or a teacher in underdeveloped or developing countries countries are not earned well. Secondly the citizens of these countries do not have enough resources or facilities for their jobs, for instance medical, education and so on. All these reasons can lead to low level of education, health care and brain drain.
There are various solutions to these problems. but the main reason why professionals leave their countries is to earn enough money and to have good facilities. So the government can offer better salaries and provide with state-of-the-art equipments to the more important professions.
