Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to apply for the job opening for a waitress in your respected / reputed restaurant. I came across this opportunity in today’s newspaper and believe that my experience aligns with the requirements of this role.
Let me explain my situation in more detail. Currently, I am working as a Kitchen Hand at The Lotus in Ultimo. I have been working here for the past 2 years and help the Chef by performing duties like serving customers and cleaning the restaurant.
With my extensive in the hospitality industry I have amazed by manager with my ability to carry 5-6 plates at once and thus appreciated my pace of serving the customers. I am sure this will be beneficial during busy periods.
I will be available for an interview at all times from Tuesday-Friday. I will be more than happy to cooperate during any other times, if these times conflict with your schedule.
