Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to bring to your kind notice that the electric motor Model E345 that I had purchased from your shop in the Greater Kailash market around three months back is not working and is hurting my business.
I have a small hydroponic setup wherein I grow exotic vegetables like lettuce. I use this motor to supply water to the plants at regular time intervals fed in it digitally. But since the two days it has not been performing this function, probably due to some technical glitch.
The main nutrient for my entire produce is water and because I am unable to feed them on time, it will affect their growth, quality and nutritional value which are their USP.
I would humbly request you for a replacement or a technician’s visit by tomorrow so that my business does not suffer. I am attaching a copy of the receipt for your reference.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you express my dissatisfaction with the laptop I purchased from your shop recently.
The laptop is Dell Inspiration 5540, and I was assured that it was one of the best laptops available in the market. However, the battery backup is very low and I have to carry charger whenever I want to work continuously for more than 2 hours. Moreover the laptop gets heated if I use it for more than half an hour.
As I work from home, it is seriously affecting my job. I am unable to sit comfortably in my personal room as I have to find a charging spot to charge my laptop while doing work. Moreover, since the device gets heated, I apprehend that it might stop working on continues usage. Therefore, I am unable to finish my job on time.
I would like to get the laptop repaired from your company or get it replaced for me. I would like to get the issue resolved immediately as it affect my job.
