I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company / moving company. I hired your service for moving my household items from Dallas to Austin on October 4, 2019. My service number is 2435T.
I would like to highlight that 2 sets of my drink ware and dinnerware were damaged during this move. I instructed your movers to movers to be extra careful while packaging glassware and other items that could be broken easily. It seems that your movers did not pay attention and anyhow wrapped the items with wrong packaging material. As a result, all of my glasses and plates were broken.
As per the terms and conditions of your service, your company will refund the cost of any items damaged during transit. I have attached photos of all the broken items for your reference. I request you to initiate the refund process. Also, it would be nice if you could supervise the work of your movers to avoid similar situations in future.
I hope you understand my situation and review my complaint immediately.
