Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the damage occurred to my LED TV while being transported by your logistic services. I requested for a pickup of my household items on 25th of last month from Delhi to Mathura. I am glad that I got a prompt response from your team; however, I am disappointed to inform you that the LED TV set was damaged during the transit. Its screen is broken as a result of poor packaging.

Considering the loss I suffered, I expect a refund. According to your refund policy, for any of the damage caused to goods, a refund of minimum 25% of the amount charged will be applicable based on the proof provided. I am hereby attaching a few pictures which show that the item was not packaged properly. May I request you to kindly check and refund me the applicable amount based on the amount paid for availing your services?

I look forward to a swift resolution to this problem.

    Hi Sir,
    I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of the service provided by your company. I hired your Movers & packers company to move my furniture and household items from Delhi to Pune on 25th July 2019. However, at the time of arrival of my goods, I found that one of the legs of my glass table has broken and it is now unevenly balanced on the floor. Moreover, there is a big crack on the glass of the table.
    I remembered I clearly mentioned the logistic team of the company at the time of packing that please handles the glass items delicately. However, after my all request I found my table in broken condition.
    Lastly, as per the refund policy of your company I request you to please bear the repair expenses of my table. I bought this table 2 months ago under the limited edition of Ikea stock. It was in very good condition before transportation.
