Dear Sir or Madam:
I am ABC, a member of the NGO Awaaz and a resident of Partap Colony. I am writing to bring your kind attention to a newspaper article about a proposed shopping complex in my vicinity.
Although such amenity will be very helpful for the local residents, I have some apprehensions regarding its actual location. As far as I know, it will be built on the land that was supposed to be meant for a public park. If that is the case, the residents of our colony are against this plan and should the situation arise we might even approach the court to stall the construction.
To clear my doubts, I seek specific information from your office regarding the exact area allocated to this development. Also, please clarify whether it is going to affect the construction of the park or not.
