You purchased an article of clothing from a shop. When you got home, you realized it had a problem. Write a letter to the shop manager to complain.
I am writing to bring to your attention a problem I have had with a shirt I bought from your shop. Let me explain.
Yesterday, I purchased a cotton shirt from your outlet in New Mumbai. After getting home, I realized that it was very badly stitched. In fact, the sewing along the sides of the shirt has already started unraveling. What’s more, upon closer examination of the shirt I also noticed faint lines along the length of the fabric.
This is not the first time I have purchased clothes from your outlet but this is the first time I have experienced a problem. Of course, I do understand that problems of this kind can happen from time to time. I, too, should have been a bit more careful while choosing the item. Right now, what I am hoping is that you will take measures to replace this faulty shirt with a good one. I can show you the receipt if it is necessary.
