I am writing this letter to bring it to your kind attention that I am not all that happy with the service your company provides.
Last week, I went on a three day trip to North India. I have always been fascinated by the country and its ancient civilization. My idea was to visit the historical monuments in cities like Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. I also wanted to see a bit of rural India. I don’t want to deny the fact that your travels company provided us good food and accommodation, but unfortunately the tour itself fell short of my expectations.
The tour guide who accompanied us wasn’t very competitive. I don’t think that he was familiar with the places he was supposed to guide us through. Needless to say, we missed many important monuments and palaces. And because our guide hardly knew any Hindi we had a tough time communicating with the local people.
I am sure that a well-known travels company like yours can’t ignore customer feedback. The least I expect you to do at the moment is to use my feedback constructively and improve the quality of your service.
