Dear John,
Thank you so much for honouring my request to take care of my place while I am away. I really appreciate your kind gesture.
I am writing to brief you about the main chores you will have to do in my absence. As you probably already know, I keep an aquarium at home. So your most important task is to take care of my fish. They mean a lot to me! Basically, all that you need to do is to feed them and clean their water filter. As for the food, just fill up the feeder every other day. It is located at the top right of the aquarium; you can’t miss it! As for the filter, you need to clean it once every 3 days.
Other than that, there isn’t much to do. It would be great if you could keep the place clean. There are two trash bins in the kitchen. Put the leftover food and other waste in the blue bin and recyclable items in the green one. The garbage man will come and collect them every day.
