I am one among those people with special needs. I commute to work by bus and I have always preferred the bus service run by your company ‘Transit Bus Services’ because your buses have a special entrance and ample amount of dedicated space for people like me. They used to make me feel independent and made by journey very comfortable.
However, recently the seating arrangements were redesigned and additional seats were added in the space that was available for physically challenged people like me. This modification has made my daily commute very uncomfortable. Earlier I could sit in my seat until I get off. Now there is hardly any space between two rows of seats, so I have to get up frequently to let others pass. This has made my commute very uncomfortable.
Hence I request you to consider my situation and withdraw the modifications made to the seating space so that your bus service becomes friendly to people with special needs.
